You’ve got a new bag, you bought that sweet Titelist drive you’ve been eyeing, repaired the grips on your favorite 6 iron that sees more use than the other ones in your bag combined. That means you’re ready to hit the links this summer right?
How about your golfing eyewear?
We’re not talking about fashion either. (Although you want to look your best on the course anyway.) We’re talking about taking care of your eyes.
How many times do you, or your golfing buddies hit a shot and watch for your shot, only to get a face full of sun, doing exactly what your Mom, Grandma and playground supervisor told you not to do.
You still shouldn’t look directly at the sun, sunglasses won’t help with that, but it will keep your eyes safer, limit strain and headaches from over exposure to the sun. Squinting won’t help with that.
This all sounds preachy, and that’s because it is. Staying healthy keeps you golfing longer, and taking care of your eyesight is a big part of that.
So next time you find yourself, or your golfing partners squinting or using their hand as a makeshift visor, bring us up to help you find a fashionable, comfortable and reliable solution.
We can’t help with your handicap, though.
