Yeah, that’s right! SPEX by Ryan will be reopening to the public on May 4th.
With the updates from the Health Minister and Saskatchewan Government, we are able to open up in Phase 1 of the Re-Open Saskatchewan initiative. This comes with a few safety and security measures that we’ve prepared for.
Our Regina and Saskatoon locations will be opening with reduced hours. Both stores will be open to shoppers from 11-4 from Monday to Saturday.
We’d like to break down the guidelines and restrictions that we will be adhering to to keep our staff and clients safe and healthy.
Store Hours and Access
SPEX by Ryan will be restricting store access to a maximum of 2 clients at a time. This ensures that everyone in the store maintains a safe and healthy distance from each other while taking care to isolate and clean every product and point of contact in between visits.
In the event that you will be accompanied by another person, we require that you restrict this person to a close family member from your own household, however, we strongly encourage everyone to limit their visit to just themselves so help us maintain proper social distancing and allow others to come in and check out the store.
We would like to remind all of our clients that we will also be able to work with everyone on an appointment basis, and even with a small amount of distanced communication, our staff can help better prepare and deliver an awesome experience in the most efficient and safe way possible.
Feel Sick? Stay Home!
If you are currently or have experienced any recent COVID-19 symptoms, we ask you to stay home for the health and safety of everyone. Symptoms include coughing, shortness of breath, sneezing, fever and others.
In addition, if you have travelled internationally or between provinces, we heavily encourage you stay home.
Take into consideration that if you are also in direct contact with those who exhibit symptoms or have travelled, we will also ask you to stay home for everyone’s well being.
Please understand that this process comes from government guidelines as well as our concerns for the safety and health of our clients and staff.
SPEX by Ryan has and will always take sanitization and cleaning seriously. For our re-opening, we are adhering to the absolute best sanitary and safety practises based on the standards issued by the Saskatchewan Government.
Before and after every client, we will be doing a thorough clean of all frames, surface areas and point of contact involved in the visit.
Another restriction we will be implementing is limiting the number of frames to be tried on and handled. To limit the amount of contact with our products, we will also be restricting the browsing experience to having the frames be handled by our representatives only.
We are so excited to hear and see from you guys once again. We appreciate all the patience and understanding in these weird times.
Thank you, to everyone, so much for your love and support!
